Bayswater Developments (Shanghai) Co. Limited has recently been renamed as Hutchison Whampoa Properties (Shanghai) Limited. It is a joint venture of the renowned Cheung Kong (Holdings) Limited and Hutchison Whampoa Properties Limited, both are leading public listed companies in Hong Kong.
