There will be a carnival this weekend (October 26 & 27) at Park Central, located conveniently right next to the Tseung Kwan O MTR station, with prizes worth $100,000 to be given away in the sales office. Very special guest Lawrence Cheng and Commercial Radio DJs Cheng Ka Fai, Andes Yue and Jessica will be there talking to visitors and buyers. The interviews will be broadcast on CR1 and CR2.

Sun Hung Kai Real Estate Agency General Manager Eric Chow, Marketing Director Josephine Lam and Lawrence Cheng met the media today (October 25) to announce details.

Ms Lam said, "Park Central is specially designed for healthy family living, with lots of recreational facilities tailor made for the entire family. In keeping with this idea, the carnival is a good chance for families to enjoy a wholesome weekend afternoon of fun. We are also pleased to have the charming Lawrence Cheng as our very special guest, and he will be giving gifts to buyers and visitors."

The carnival will take place in the afternoon, in the Park Central sales office. The Commercial Radio DJs will interview visitors, and if people can name the development's special advantages, they will receive a valuable prize. Lawrence Cheng will be there to surprise visitors with souvenirs. The interviews will be edited and then aired on CR1 and CR2 the same afternoon.

Mr Chow said, "With the advantage of being right next to the Tseung Kwan O MTR and first-class club house facilities, Park Central was well known and popular with buyers. Hundreds of thousands of people visited over each of the last two weekends, and about 360 units sold in a short period of time. This is proof of the sustained market interest in the development, and has boosted the property market in the area. The Tseung Kwan O MTR line is now in service, which has attracted many buyers from outside the district. We are very confident that with the convenience of the Tseung Kwan O MTR, Park Central will continue to draw market attention."

Park Central is a premium residential project being jointly developed by Sun Hung Kai Properties, Henderson Land, the Chinachem Group and Nan Fung Development. The property contains 11 towers being developed in two phases. Phase 1 units are scheduled for handover in November this year and Phase 2 will be complete by the third quarter of next year. The estate will have units ranging from over 500 to over 900 square feet, with two and three bedrooms or three bedrooms with en suite. The layouts are practical with more than 80% efficiency.
