T h e Comp a n y i s a l i m i t e d l i a b i l i t y c omp a n y i ncorpor a t ed i n Hong Kong . The addr ess o f i t s registered office is Room 1215, 12/F., Honour Industrial Centre, 6 Sun Yip Street, Chai Wan, Hong Kong. The Company’s shares were listed on the Main Board of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (the “Stock Exchange”). These financial statements are presented in thousands of units of Hong Kong dollars (HK$’000), unless otherwise stated. 2 Summary of significant accounting policies The principal accounting policies applied in the preparation of these consolidated financial statements a r e s e t ou t be l ow .
