Eligible participants of the 2002 Scheme include any director (including executive and non-executive), executive, officer, employee or shareholder of the Company or any of the subsidiaries or any of the associates or any of the joint ventures and any supplier, customer, consultant, adviser, agent, partner or business associate who will contribute or has contributed to the Group. Qualifying grantees of the 2012 Scheme include any director (including executive, non-executive and independent non-executive), executive, officer, employee, shareholder of the Company or any of the subsidiaries or any of the associated companies or any of the joint ventures and any supplier, customer, consultant, adviser, agent, partner or business associate, who will contribute or has contributed to the development and growth of the Group.
