71 年報 ANNUAL REPORT 2018 企業管治報告 CORPORATE GOVERNANCE REPORT The nomination committee will discuss and agree annually all measurable objectives for achieving diversity on the Board and recommend to the Board for adoption. At any given time the Board may seek to improve one or more aspects of its diversity and measure progress accordingly. The nomination committee will also report annually, in this report, on the Board’s composition under diversified perspectives, and monitor the implementation of this policy. The following are the measurable objectives in years 2018 and 2019: Progress of Measurable Objective in 2018 Completion date of the goal 2018 可計量目標之進度 達標時間表 Promote Gender Mainstreaming under a Gender-sensitive Approach for the Enhancement of Gender Equality at Workplace (through reading presentation materials or trainings). Hong Kong and China 6 September 2018 以性別敏感的方式提倡性別主流化,以在工作場所中促進性別平等 (通過閱讀演示材料或培訓)。 香港及中國 二零一八年九月六日 Measurable Objective in 2019 Timeline of the goal 2019 可計量目標 達標時間表 Promote a family friendly working culture to support employees with family care responsibilities so as to bring diversity to workplace (through reading presentation materials or trainings). Before the end of 2019 提倡家庭友善的工作文化以支援有家庭照顧責任的僱員,從而促進 工作場所的多元化(通過閱讀演示材料或培訓)。 二零一九年年底前 提名委員會將每年討論與協商達成董事會多元 化的所有可計量目標,並向董事會推薦採納。 在任何適當的時間,董事會可從一個或多個方 面尋求改善多元化及計量目標的進度。 提名委員會亦將每年在此報告內匯報董事會在 多元化層面的組成,並監察本政策的執行。 二零一八年及二零一九年可計量目標如下:
