Su Fanrong and Tang Cornor Kwok Kau serve as directors of all subsidiaries of the Company during the year and up to the date of this report. Other than the above directors, the persons who serve/had served as directors of subsidiaries of the Company during the year and/or up to the date of this report include Messrs. Cheung Ngai, Dai Jihong, Li, Baoren, Li Meng, Wan Chuante, Wang Liang, Yu Zhigao and Zhao Xuewu. DIRECTORS’ RIGHTS TO ACQUIRE SHARES AND DEBENTURES Apart from information disclosed under the heading “ DIRECTORS’ INTERESTS AND SHORT POSITIONS IN SHARES, DEBENTURES OR UNDERLYING SHARES UNDER THE SFO ” and in note 36 to the financial statements, at no time during the year was the Company or any of its subsidiaries a party to any arrangement to enable the Directors or their respective spouse or children under 18 years of age to acquire benefits by means of the acquisition of Shares in or debentures of the Company or any other body corporate.
