21 年報 ANNUAL REPORT 2019 CHAIRMAN’S STATEMENT 董事長報告書 股息 董事會建議派發截至二零一九年十二月三十一 日止年度之末期股息每股港幣 1 仙。 未來路向 展望二零二零年，冠狀病毒疫情的爆發以及中 美之間持續的貿易談判，本人認為今年仍將充 滿挑戰。面對國內外市場如此複雜的情況和日 益激烈的競爭格局下，我們必須繼續致力於優 化產品組合，以具有競爭力的價格提高產品質 量，以滿足輪胎客戶的嚴格要求。一概而言， 我們將通過增加產品創新，研發工作以繼續提 高我們的競爭優勢，抓住國內和國際市場的機 遇。管理層認為，本集團已做好應對未來挑戰 的充分準備，並決心為股東爭取更高的回報。 DIVIDEND The Board recommended the payment of a final dividend of HK1 cent per Share for the year ended 31 December 2019. THE WAY FORWARD Looking ahead to 2020, the outbreak of coronavirus disease together with the continual trade negotiation between the United States and China, I am of the view that this year will still be full of challenges. Faced with such complex situations and increasingly competitive landscape in domestic and foreign markets, we have to stay committed to optimize our product mix and improve upon our product quality at competitive prices to meet the demanding requirements of our tyre customers. Congruently, we will continue to sharpen our competitive edge and grasp opportunities in both the local and international markets by adding to our product innovation, research and development efforts. The management believes that the Group is well- poised for the challenges ahead and is determined to strive for higher returns to the Shareholders.
