(e) Directors’ material interests in transactions, arrangements or contracts No transactions, arrangements and contracts in relation to the Company’s business to which the Company was a party and in which a director of the Company had a material interest, whether directly or indirectly, subsisted at the end of the year or at any time during the year (2018: same). 40 EVENT OCCURRED AFTER THE REPORTING PERIOD After the outbreak of Coronavirus Disease 2019 (“COVID-19 outbreak”) in early 2020, a series of precautionary and control measures have been and continued to be implemented across the country. The Group will pay close attention to the development of the COVID-19 outbreak and evaluate its impact on the financial position and operating results of the Group.
