Swire Properties Ltd. today (23rd September)
announces the sale by ballot of the second phase of the residential
development at Island Place in North Point.
On offer are 128 units of mixed sizes, 64 from
different floors in Tower I and 64 from Tower III, at an average
price of HK$6,435 per sq. ft. Ballot registration for Phase Two
will take place from 1st to 4th October at the Island Place sales
office at Cityplaza 4, between 10am and 6pm daily. Results of
the ballot will be announced on 6th October, in Oriental Daily
News and Ming Pao Daily News, and flat selection will take place
on the 7th.
The show flats located at the Island Place
sales office will be open for public viewing from tomorrow (24th
September) through 6th October, between 10am and 8pm every day,
and from 10am to 6pm on the 6th. The price list for Phase Two
will also be available from the sales office from tomorrow.
