(6 May 2022, Hong Kong) Tse Sui Luen Jewellery (International) Limited ("TSL Jewellery" or the "Company", together with its subsidiaries the "Group", HKSE stock code: 417), one of the largest jewellers in Asia, is pleased to announce that the Group has entered into a Club Loan facilities agreement with six international banks, pursuant to which certain loan facilities in the aggregate amount of HK$820 million have been granted to the Group for a term of 3.5 years (the "Club Loan"). The proceeds will continue to provide steady liquidity to the Group and will be used for daily operations and future business development.

Hang Seng Bank Limited, China CITIC Bank International Limited, United Overseas Bank Limited, Fubon Bank (Hong Kong) Limited, Bank SinoPac, Hong Kong Branch and China Construction Bank (Asia) Corporation Limited act as the mandated lead arrangers and original lenders of the Club Loan.
