BUILDING A GREEN ENTERPRISE The construction of ecological civilization is one of the major policies that the country commits to promoting in recent years , with an enrichment and enhancement in the idea . The Central Government recognizes that the ecology in Inner Mongolia has not only influenced the survival and development of the people , but also the ecology of northern China , eastern China , northwest China and the whole country . Hence , the Central Government plans to construct Inner Mongolia as an important ecological safety shelter in northern China .
