The functions of the Chief Executive Officer have been undertaken by the Investment Manager. The Director and General Manager of the Investment Manager is Mr. WANG Xiaoding, who is also a Director of the Company. The roles of the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer are segregated and are not exercised by the same individual. NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTORS There is no specific term of office for each Non-executive Director (including Independent Non-executive Director) since 1 January 2022. However, they will be subject to rotational retirement and re-election requirements at AGMs pursuant to the Articles of Association of the Company.
