CHARITABLE DONATIONS HK$20.00 million donation was made by the Group during the year (2018: HK$13.52 million). RESERVES Details of the movements in reserves of the Group and the Company during the year are set out in notes 32 and 47 to the consolidated financial statements respectively. PROPERTY, PLANT AND EQUIPMENT Details of the movements in property, plant and equipment of the Group and the Company are set out in note 17 to the consolidated financial statements. SHARES ISSUED Details of the movements in the issued shares of the Company are set out in note 30 to the consolidated financial statements. DISTRIBUTABLE RESERVES Distributable reserves of the Company as at 31 December 2019 amounted to HK$2,779 million (2018: HK$3,135 million). FIVE-YEAR FINANCIAL SUMMARY A summary of the results and the assets and liabilities of the Group for the last five financial years is set out from page 30 to 31 of this Annual Report. PURCHASE, SALE OR REDEMPTION OF SHARES The Company and its subsidiaries have not purchased, sold or redeemed any of the Company’s listed securities during the year.
