The board of directors of China Travel International Investment Hong Kong Limited ("the Company") announces that Dr The Honourable Philip Wong Yu Hong, formerly an executive director of the Company, has been appointed as non-executive director of the Company and Mr Paul Cheng Ming Fun resigned as non-executive director of the Company with effect from 28th February, 1999.

The Directors would like to express appreciation to Mr Paul Cheng Ming Fun for his invaluable contribution rendered to the Company during his tenure.
