The salaries, bonuses and other benefits, retirement benefits scheme contributions, and share-based payment expenses paid or payable to Executive Directors, Chief Executive and Non-executive Director shown above were mainly for their services in connection with the management of the affairs of the Group. Performance related incentive payment was paid/payable to Craig Grenfell WILLIAMS of HK$2,887,500 (2018: HK$2,980,000) and included in salaries and other benefits, which was determined with reference to his performances. Neither the chief executive nor any of the directors waived any emoluments in the years ended 31 March 2019 and 31 March 2018.
