ENVIRONMENTAL, SOCIAL AND GOVERNANCE PERFORMANCE (Continued) 3.2 Society (Continued) 3.2.2 Health and Safety (Continued) Employee Safety Training The Group provides suitable training to ensure effective implementation of operating rules and safe operation of equipment. Moreover, all new employees must take training in knowledge of safety. The Group also arranges fire and emergency drills in the Qingyuan Factory on a regular basis to ensure employees are familiar with procedures when dealing with accidents. Work-life Balance Management The Group emphasizes on employee work-life balance and has regularly organized different activities for employees after work. There are recreational facilities in Qingyuan factory like sports ground, gardens, billiard room, table tennis room and karaoke room. During the reporting period, 26 working hours were lost due to work injuries and no work- related fatality was identified. We have strictly abided by the related safety regulations and there were no cases of prosecution due to violation of related occupational safety regulations.
