HUAJING NEW CITY

Huajing New City is located near the Kowloon-Canton Through Train Terminal and the Huanan Expressway. The project is a two-stage development. Phase 5 of Huajing New City comprises four high-rise residential towers and 23 mid-rise residential blocks, offices, retail podia and basement level car-parking spaces. The whole Phase 5 was completed in March 1998.

Phase 6 comprises two service apartment towers atop a four-storey retail and clubhouse, together with 22 high-rise residential blocks, retail podia and car-parking spaces. As at December 1998, the construction of superstructures for seven high-rise residential blocks of Phase 6A and Phase 6B was in progress. The whole Phase 6 is expected to be completed by 2003 in stages.
