附 註 ：

（一） 除稅後核心盈利（「核心盈利」）為非香港財務報告準則（「香港財務報告準則」）財務計量指標，乃根據股東應佔虧損撇除投資物業公平值減值及出售物業、機器及設備（虧損）溢利後計算。

（二） 派息比率乃按當年派發股息總額，包括已派中期股息、建議派發末期股息和特別股息（如有）及股東應佔（虧損）溢利撇除投資物業公平值減值之影響後計算。

（三） 資本負債比率乃按該年度三月三十一日之帶息借款總額對資產總值之比率計算。由於過去五年內均沒有任何借貸，故資本負債比率為零。

（四） 以該年度三月三十一日收市價為準。
