FOR THE YEAR ENDED 31 DECEMBER 2020 截至二零二零年十二月三十一日止年度 NOTES TO THE CONSOLIDATED FINANCIAL STATEMENTS 綜合財務報告附註 203 2020 ANNUAL REPORT 年報 13 附屬公司 （續） 附註： (a) 滕州東方鋼簾線有限公司的繳足股本截 至二零二零年十二月三十一日止年度由 94,000,000 美元增加至 109,000,000 美元。 本公司董事認為，上表列出本公司之附屬 公司乃主要影響本年度業績，或構成本集 團資產淨值之重要部份之附屬公司。本公 司董事認為詳列其他附屬公司之資料將 會導致篇幅過份冗長。 各附屬公司於年末時或於本年度內任何 時間概無任何債務資本或已發行任何債 務證券（二零一九年：相同）。 14 股息 董事會於二零二零年三月二十四日建議 派發截至二零一九年十二月三十一日止 年度之末期股息每股繳足股本的普通股 港幣 1 仙，總額約為港幣 19,064,000 元， 並已於二零二零年六月支付。 董事會於二零二一年三月二十二日建議 派發截至二零二零年十二月三十一日止 年度之末期股息每股繳足股本的普通股 港幣 1.5 仙，總額約為港幣 28,485,000 元。末期股息需在即將舉行的股東周年大 會上經股東批核。於二零二零年十二月 三十一日後擬派的末期股息不會計入於 二零二零年十二月三十一日的負債。 13 SUBSIDIARIES (continued) Notes: (a) The paid up capital of Tengzhou Eastern Steel Cord Co., Ltd. increased from US$94,000,000 to US$109,000,000 during the year ended 31 December 2020. The above table lists the subsidiaries of the Company which, in the opinion of the directors of the Company, principally affected the results for the year or formed a substantial portion of the net assets of the Group. To give details of other subsidiaries would, in the opinion of the directors of the Company, result in particulars of excessive length. None of the subsidiaries had any loan capital and issued any debt securities subsisting at the end of the year or at any time during the year (2019: same). 14 DIVIDENDS On 24 March 2020, the Board has recommended the payment of a final dividend of HK1 cent per fully paid ordinary share, with total amount of approximately HK$19,064,000 for the year ended 31 December 2019. The dividend was paid in June 2020. On 22 March 2021, the Board has recommended the payment of a final dividend of HK1.5 cents per fully paid ordinary share, with total amount of approximately HK$28,485,000 for the year ended 31 December 2020. The final dividend is subject to the shareholders’ approval at the forthcoming annual general meeting. The final dividend proposed after 31 December 2020 has not been recognised as a liability as at 31 December 2020.
