In the opinion of the directors of the Company, these transactions are considered as individually insignificant to the operation of the Group during the reporting period. In addition, the Group has entered into various banking transactions, including deposits placements, borrowings and other general banking facilities, with certain banks and financial institutions which are state- controlled entities in its ordinary course of business. In view of the nature of those banking transactions, the directors of the Company are of the opinion that separate disclosure would not be meaningful.
