SHARE CAPITAL AND SHARE OPTIONS Details of movements in the share capital of the Company are set out in note 33 to the consolidated financial statements. No share options were granted, exercised, lapsed or cancelled under the 2002 Scheme and the 2012 Scheme during the year. Details of share options of the 2002 Scheme and the 2012 Scheme are set out under the heading “ EQUITY-LINKED AGREEMENT ” hereunder and in note 36 to the consolidated financial statements.
