The balance was interest-free, unsecured, repayable on demand, and denominated in RMB. (b) Compensation of key management personnel The key management of the Group comprises all executive directors of the Company, details of their emoluments are disclosed in Notes 10 and 39, and share-based payment transactions are disclosed in Note 36, respectively. The emoluments of the directors of the Company are decided by the remuneration committee of the Company having regard to individual’s performance, the Group’s performance and profitability, remuneration benchmark in the industry and prevailing market condition.
