The average selling price of steel cords increased during the year under review, attributable to the relief in over capacity situation of steel cord industry together with the introduction of new products, effective product mix and effort in expansion of exports. The selling price of steel cords is highly dependent on the supply and demand situation in the PRC as well as the price of its major material – steel wire rod; therefore, any change in these two factors will have material impact to the steel cord segment. 3. The revenue from sales to top five customers of the Group accounted for 50.2% of total revenue of the Group for the year under review. Any change to the business operations, financial conditions or purchasing patterns of these customers may have adverse impact to the revenue of the Group. The measures to manage the impact on these potential risks and uncertainties are described in the heading “ BUSINESS REVIEW ” of the section of the “ MANAGEMENT DISCUSSION AND ANALYSIS ” of this annual report. Risks and uncertainties relating to the Group’s results and financial position 1. The following factors may have negative impact on the revenue and net results of the Group: a. Change in the mix of revenue contributions, such as the income of steel cord segment from sales of steel cord for truck tyres, off the road truck tyres and passenger car tyres; b. Unfavorable economic development in the PRC and worldwide markets that may have negative impact on our steel cord segment;
