As mentioned under Notes (2) and (3) above, and by virtue of the SFO, Shougang Group is also deemed to be interested in the 454,545,454 underlying Shares held by Jingxi Holdings, a wholly owned subsidiary of Shougang Fund, which is a wholly owned subsidiary of Shougang Group. (5) By virtue of the SFO, Bekaert is deemed to be interested in 250,000,000 Shares held by Bekaert Combustion, which is a wholly owned subsidiary of Bekaert.
