15 年報 2022 ANNUAL REPORT CHAIRMAN’S STATEMENT 董事長報告書 本年度業績 本人謹代表董事會成員欣然提呈本集團截至二 零二二年十二月三十一日止年度之經審核年度 業績。 於本年度回顧，中國多個地區大規模爆發新冠 肺炎疫情，拖累工業活動和國內消費。在新冠 肺炎疫情籠罩下，中國國家統計局公佈的數據 顯示，雖然中國第三季國內生產總值（「國內生 產總值」）按年增長 3.9% ，比第二季的 0.4% 增 幅擴大 3.5 個百分點，但復甦勢頭未能延續，第 四季國內生產總值按年增長 2.9% ，較第三季 放緩 1.0 個百分點。因此，中國經濟增速低於預 期，二零二二年的國內生產總值僅增長 3% 。 RESULTS FOR THE YEAR I am pleased to present the audited annual results of the Group for the year ended 31 December 2022. During the year under review, various regions in the PRC witnessed largescale outbreaks of the COVID-19 pandemic, subsequently hindering industrial activities and domestic consumption. According to National Bureau of Statistics of China, amid the COVID-19 pandemic situation, China’s gross domestic product (“GDP”) grew by 3.9% year-on-year in the third quarter, an increase of 3.5 percentage points from 0.4% in the second quarter, but the recovery was not sustained in the fourth quarter, which recorded an increase of 2.9% year-on-year, down by 1.0 percentage point from the third quarter. As a result, China’s economy experienced a slower-than-expected growth rate with only 3% growth in its GDP in 2022.
