18 SHOUGANG CENTURY HOLDINGS LIMITED 首佳科技製造有限公司 MANAGEMENT DISCUSSION AND ANALYSIS 管理層論述及分析 業務回顧 經營回顧 本集團主要從事製造及銷售子午線輪胎用鋼 簾線、切割鋼絲及膠管鋼絲。截至二零二二年 十二月三十一日止年度，本集團錄得來自持續 經營業務之營業額約港幣 2,464,242,000 元（二 零二一年：港幣 2,694,810,000 元），較去年減 少約 8.6% 。同時，來自持續經營業務之毛利減 少 20.3% 至港幣 330,540,000 元（二零二一年： 港幣 414,547,000 元）。因此，本集團之淨溢利 較去年同期減少 40.8% ，由港幣 80,879,000 元 下跌至港幣 47,858,000 元。董事會認為，除稅 後溢利降低乃主要由於新冠肺炎疫情的反覆影 響了經濟活動，導致 (i) 汽車銷量下降及運輸量 減少，削弱了配套和替換輪胎的需求；及 (ii) 生 產成本的上漲未能完全轉嫁至下游，導致毛利 降低。 BUSINESS REVIEW Review of operations The Group is principally engaged in the manufacturing and sales of steel cords for radial tyres, sawing wires and hose wires. For the year ended 31 December 2022, the Group recorded revenue of the continuing operations of approximately HK$2,464,242,000 (2021: HK$2,694,810,000), representing a decrease of approximately 8.6% as compared with the last year. Meanwhile, the gross profit for the continuing operations decreased by 20.3% to HK$330,540,000 (2021: HK$414,547,000). Therefore, the Group’s net profit decreased by 40.8% from same period last year of HK$80,879,000 to HK$47,858,000. The Board considers that the decrease in profit after tax was mainly attributable to the impact of the resurgence of the COVID-19 pandemic on economic activities, which led to (i) a decline in automotive sales and reduction in transportation volume, weakening the demand of accessorial and replacement tyres; and (ii) the fact that the increase in production costs could not be fully passed to the downstream, resulting in the reduction in gross profit.
