Annual Report 2008 年報 33 非執行董事 邵仰東先生， 39 歲，非執行董事。邵先生為 Chengwei Ventures Evergreen Management, LLC 的董事總經理，並持有該公司 30.19% 股權。 Chengwei Ventures Evergreen Management, LLC 乃於開曼群島註冊成立的有限公司，由個別 合夥人及成員組成，旗下管理 Chengwei Ventures Evergreen Advisors Fund, LLC 、 Chengwei Ventures Evergreen Fund, L.P. 及 Chengwei Partners, L.P. 。邵先生分別於二零零五年五月、 二零零五年十月、二零零五年十一月及二零零六 年三月獲委任為舜宇浙江光學、舜宇儀器、舜宇 中山光學、舜宇光電及舜宇紅外光學的董事。邵 先生自二零零四年三月至二零零七年二月期間為 AAC Acoustic Technologies Holdings Inc. 董事， 其現時為 Oval Technologies Holdings, Inc. 的董事 會成員，曾擔任 Salomon Brothers Inc. 投資銀行 部的財務分析師。邵先生於一九九三年獲得哥倫 比亞大學經濟系 (Magna Cum Laude) 學士學位， 並獲選為 Phi Beta Kappa ，其後就讀於史丹福大 學商業研究院，並於二零零零年獲得工商管理碩 士學位。其於二零零七年五月獲委任為非執行董 事。 Michael David Ricks 先生， 47 歲，非執行董事。 Ricks 先生現時為 Investor Growth Capital Asia Limited 行 政 總 裁， 同 時 亦 是 Investor Growth Capital Inc. 董 事 總 經 理。 Investor Growth Capital Asia Limited 及 Investor Growth Capital Inc. 均為 Investor AB 旗下的全資附屬公司。 Ricks 先生自 80 年代初開始投身資訊科技及電訊行業， 曾於新成立及具規模企業工作。在加盟 Investor Growth Capital 之前， Ricks 先生曾擔任多間國際 電訊公司的行政職務。 Ricks 先生持有芝加哥大學 商學院工商管理碩士學位及加州大學聖地亞哥分 校文學士學位。 Ricks 先生現時代表 Investor AB 出 任多間私營公司的董事。 Non-executive Directors Mr. Shao Yang Dong ( 邵仰東 ), aged 39, is a non-executive Director. Mr. Shao is a managing director of and has 30.19% equity interest in Chengwei Ventures Evergreen Management, LLC (being a limited liability company incorporated in the Cayman Islands comprising individual partners and members), which manages Chengwei Ventures Evergreen Advisors Fund, LLC, Chengwei Ventures Evergreen Fund, L.P., and Chengwei Partners, L.P. Mr. Shao was appointed as a director of each of Sunny Optics and Sunny Instruments in May 2005, Sunny Zhongshan Optics in October 2005, Sunny Opotech in November 2005 and Sunny Infrared in March 2006. Mr. Shao was a director of AAC Acoustic Technologies Holdings Inc. from March 2004 to February 2007 and currently sits on the board of Oval Technologies Holdings, Inc.. He previously worked as a financial analyst at the investment banking division of Salomon Brothers Inc. Mr. Shao obtained a bachelor’s degree in economics (Magna Cum Laude) in 1993 from Columbia University, where he was elected Phi Beta Kappa. He also attended the Graduate School of Business at Stanford University and earned a master’s degree in business administration in 2000. He was appointed as a non-executive Director in May 2007. Mr. Michael David Ricks, aged 47, is a non-executive Director. Mr. Ricks is presently the chief executive officer of Investor Growth Capital Asia Limited and also a managing director of Investor Growth Capital Inc. Investor Growth Capital Asia Limited and Investor Growth Capital Inc. are both wholly-owned subsidiaries of Investor AB. Mr. Ricks has been involved in the information technology and telecommunications business since the early 1980’s, in both startups and established companies. Prior to joining Investor Growth Capital, Mr. Ricks held executive positions at several international telecommunications companies. Mr. Ricks holds a Master of Business Adminstration (“M.B.A.”) from the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business and a Bachelor of Arts (“B.A.”) from the University of California at San Diego. Mr. Ricks currently serves as a director of a number of private companies on behalf of Investor AB.
