Annual Report 2008 年報 35 劉旭博士， 45 歲，獨立非執行董事。劉博士現為 浙江大學信息科學與工程學院常務副院長，擁有 法國 Universite Paul Cezanne 的信息與材料科學 博士學位，並於一九九零年至一九九三年於浙江 大學儀器儀表科學從事博士後研究工作，獲得博 士後證書。劉博士亦擁有浙江大學工程學學士學 位。劉博士擁有逾 16 年教育經驗，自一九九二年 加入浙江大學擔任副教授，於一九九五年擔任現 代光學儀器國家重點實驗室主任。此外，其為一 家從事銷售及生產投射顯示屏光學引擎的私人公 司董事。其於二零零七年五月獲委任為獨立非執 行董事。 張余慶先生， 61 歲，獨立非執行董事。加入本集 團前，張先生曾於上海港務局出任財務處及審計 處處長。其於二零零一年至二零零三年間獲委任 為上海華源企業發展股份有限公司董事，並出任 財務總監。張先生於一九八二年畢業於上海海運 學院，取得經濟學學士學位，並為中國註冊會計 師協會註冊會計師。其現時為山東日照港股份公 司及上海新梅置業股份公司的董事會成員。其於 二零零七年五月獲委任為獨立非執行董事。 高級管理層 孫泱先生， 36 歲，本公司副總裁，負責本集團 財務、法務及投資者關係管理等事宜。孫先生於 一九九五年畢業於寧波大學，取得經濟學學士學 位。又於二零零五年獲上海財經大學頒授經濟學 碩士學位。於二零零三年三月加入本集團前，孫 先生曾於寧波證券有限責任公司工作。孫先生於 二零零二年加入浙江舜宇（集團）股份有限公司 （原稱為餘姚縣城北光學儀器廠），擔任投資管理 中心總監。孫先生於一九九九年獲中國證券監督 管理委員會頒贈資格，可提供證券顧問服務。 Dr. Liu Xu ( 劉旭 ), aged 45, is an independent non-executive Director. Dr. Liu currently is the standing vice dean of the College of Information Science and Engineering, Zhejiang University. Dr. Liu graduated from Universite Paul Cezanne, France with a doctor’s degree in information and material science. He was then engaged in his postdoctoral research in instrument and meter science in Zhejiang University from 1990 to 1993 where he obtained a postdoctoral certificate. Dr. Liu also holds a bachelor’s degree in engineering from Zhejiang University. Dr. Liu has over 16 years’ experience in education, and has been an associate professor of Zhejiang University since 1992. In 1995, he became the head of the National Key Lab of Modern Optical Instrument. In addition, he is a director of a private company engaged in sales and manufacturing of optical engines of projection displays. He was appointed as an independent non-executive Director in May 2007. Mr. Zhang Yuqing ( 張余慶 ), aged 61, is an independent non-executive Director. Prior to joining the Group, Mr. Zhang worked in 上海港務局 (Shanghai Port Bureau*) as the head of the financial division as well as the auditing division. He was appointed as a director of 上海華源企 業發展股份有限公司 (Shanghai Worldbest Industry Development Co., Ltd.*) from 2001 to 2003 and acted as its chief financial officer. Mr. Zhang graduated from 上海海運學院 (Shanghai Maritime University) in 1982 with a bachelor’s degree in economics and is a certified public accountant of the Chinese Institute of Certified Public Accountants. He currently sits on the board of each of Rizhao Port Co., Ltd and Shanghai Xinmei Real Estate Co., Ltd. He was appointed as an independent non-executive Director in May 2007. SENIOR MANAGEMENT Mr. Sun Yang ( 孫泱 ), aged 36, is the vice president of the Company. He is responsible for the financial, legal and investor relations management matters of the Group. Mr. Sun graduated from Ningbo University in 1995 with a bachelor’s degree in economics. He then obtained a master’s degree in economics from Shanghai University of Economics and Finance in 2005. Prior to joining the Group in March 2003, Mr. Sun once worked in 寧波證券有限責任公司 (Ningbo Securities Company Limited*). He joined 浙江舜宇（集團）股份有限公 司 (Zhejiang Sunny (Group) Joint Stock Company Limited*), originally known as Yuyao County Chengbei Optical Instruments Factory, as chief officer of its investment management centre in 2002. Mr. Sun was granted a qualification for providing securities investment consultation services by China Securities Regulatory Commission in 1999.
