Sunny Optical Technology (Group) Company Limited 舜宇光學科技（集團）有限公司 36 Directors and Senior Management 董事及高級管理層 Mr. Liu Rui ( 劉銳 ), aged 41, is a vice president of the Company. He is responsible for the strategic planning and the information management. Mr. Liu graduated from University of West Sydney with a master’s degree in business administration in 2005. He obtained a bachelor’s degree in chemistry engineering from Zhejiang University in 1989. Prior to joining the Group in February 2006, Mr. Liu worked in 奧林巴斯（深圳）工業有限公司 (Olympus (Shenzhen) Industrial Ltd.) as planning manager. Ms. Lee Suk Yee ( 李淑儀 ), aged 37, is the qualified accountant and one of the joint company secretaries of the Company. Ms. Lee joined the Group in 2007. Ms. Lee is primarily responsible for overall financial management and company secretarial matters. Ms. Lee has approximately 14 years of experience in the fields of finance, auditing and accounting. Prior to joining the Group in January 2007, Ms. Lee was the head for financial disclosure compliance and reporting section of a listed bank in Hong Kong. Ms. Lee has a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in the U.S.A. and a master degree in science in financial analysis from the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology. Ms. Lee is a certified public accountant of The American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and an associate member of The Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Mr. Ho Francis ( 何鐳 ), aged 44, is the chief technology officer of the Company. He is responsible for technology integration and research of the Group. He has approximately 15 years of experiences in optical R&D and project management. Mr. Ho obtained a master’s degree in applied physics from Catholic Louvain University in Belgium in 1989. He has extensive experience in optical R&D and project management. Mr. Ho previously worked in Optoelectronic Laboratory of Industry Technology Research Institute in Xing Zhu, Taiwan. Prior to joining the Group in April 2007, he worked as overseas business manager at Geniuo Electronic Optical Co., Ltd. from July 2006. He also worked in other listed companies such as Meiloon, Lite-on Electronics and Primax Technology from 1994 to 2006, mainly responsible for R&D of consumer electronics and business application products. 劉銳先生， 41 歲，本公司副總裁，負責本集團戰 略規劃和信息化管理。劉先生在二零零五年畢業 於 University of West Sydney ，取得工商管理碩士 學位，及於一九八九年取得浙江大學化學工程學 士學位。在二零零六年二月加入本集團以前，劉 先生在奧林巴斯（深圳）工業有限公司出任統括部 長。 李淑儀女士， 37 歲，本公司合資格會計師及其中 一名公司聯席秘書。李女士在二零零七年加入本 集團，主要負責整體財務管理及公司秘書事務。 李女士擁有約 14 年財務、審核及會計經驗。在二 零零七年一月加入本集團前，李女士曾於香港上 市銀行擔任財務披露合規及報告主管。李女士在 美國的 University of Wisconsin-Madison 取得工商 管理學士學位，並在香港科技大學取得財務分析 學碩士學位。李女士為美國註冊會計師公會的註 冊會計師及香港會計師公會會員。 何鐳先生， 44 歲，本公司的首席技術主管，負責 本集團的技術整合及研究。其於光學研發及項目 管理方面具有約 15 年經驗。何先生於一九八九年 在比利時 Catholic Louvain University 獲得應用物 理學碩士學位。其擁有豐富的光學研發及項目管 理經驗。何先生先前於台灣新竹工業技術研究院 光電實驗室開展事業，於二零零七年四月加入本 集團前，其自二零零六年七月起擔任玉晶光電股 份有限公司的海外事業經理。一九九四年至二零 零六年期間，其曾任職美隆、建興電子及致伸科 技等其他上市公司，負責家用電器及商務應用產 品研發工作。
