USE OF PROCEEDS FROM THE PUBLIC OFFERING As of 31 December 2008, the Group only utilised approximately of RMB434.1 million out of the proceeds from the Global Offering. To the extent that the net proceeds from the Company’s Global Offering are not immediately required for the purposes mentioned in the Company’s Prospectus dated on 4 June 2007, they were placed on short term interest bearing-deposits with licensed banks in Hong Kong. AUDITORS A resolution will be submitted to the annual general meeting to re-appoint Messrs. Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu as auditors of the Company.
