Management Discussion and Analysis 管理層討論與分析 18 Sunny Optical Technology (Group) Company Limited INTERIM REPORT 2018 CAPITAL STRUCTURE Indebtedness Bank borrowings Bank borrowings of the Group as at 30 June 2018 amounted to approximately RMB1,486.6 million (31 December 2017: approximately RMB1,347.9 million). As at 30 June 2018, no building of the Group was pledged to secure banking borrowing granted (31 December 2017: Nil). As at 30 June 2018, all bank borrowings were denominated mainly in U.S. Dollars and Renminbi. Bank facilities As at 30 June 2018, the Group had bank facilities of RMB2,626.0 million with Yuyao Branch of Agriculture Bank of China Limited, RMB901.0 million with Yuyao Branch of Bank of China Limited, RMB700.0 million with Ningbo Branch of The Export-Import Bank of China, RMB500.0 million with Yuyao Branch of Bank of Ningbo Co., Ltd., RMB200.0 million with Yuyao Branch of Bank of Communication Co., Ltd., RMB80.0 million with Ningbo Branch of Huaxia Bank Co., Limited, RMB50.0 million with Xinyang, Pingzhong Street Branch of Industrial and Commercial Bank of China Limited, RMB20.0 million with Zhongshan Branch of China Construction Bank Corporation, USD90.0 million with BNP Paribas Hong Kong Branch, USD30.0 million with BNP Paribas (Shanghai) Limited, USD60.0 million with The Hong Kong and Shanghai Banking Corporation Limited, Hong Kong Branch, USD30.0 million with Ningbo Branch of HSBC Bank (China) Co., Limited and USD50.0 million with Overseas-Chinese Banking Corporation Limited, Hong Kong Branch. 資本結構 債務 銀行借貸 於二零一八年六月三十日，本集團的銀行借貸約 人民幣 1,486,600,000 元（二零一七年十二月三十 一日：約為人民幣 1,347,900,000 元）。於二零一 八年六月三十日，本集團並未就擔保獲授的銀行 借貸而抵押樓宇（二零一七年十二月三十一日： 無）。 於二零一八年六月三十日，所有銀行借貸均以美 元及人民幣結算。 銀行授信 於二零一八年六月三十日，本集團於中國農業 銀行股份有限公司餘姚支行的授信為人民幣 2,626,000,000 元，於中國銀行股份有限公司餘姚 分行的授信為人民幣 901,000,000 元，於中國進 出口銀行寧波分行的授信為人民幣 700,000,000 元，於寧波銀行股份有限公司餘姚支行的授信為 人民幣 500,000,000 元，於交通銀行股份有限公 司餘姚支行的授信為人民幣 200,000,000 元，於 華夏銀行股份有限公司寧波分行的授信為人民幣 80,000,000 元，於中國工商銀行股份有限公司信 陽平中大街支行的授信為人民幣 50,000,000 元， 於中國建設銀行股份有限公司中山市分行的授信 為人民幣 20,000,000 元，於法國巴黎銀行香港分 行的授信為 90,000,000 美元，於法國巴黎銀行 （上海）有限公司的授信為 30,000,000 美元，於滙 豐銀行有限公司香港分行的授信為 60,000,000 美 元，於滙豐銀行（中國）有限公司寧波分行的授信 為 30,000,000 美元，於華僑銀行香港分行的授信 為 50,000,000 美元。
