MOVEMENTS IN PROPERTY, PLANT AND EQUIPMENT, PREPAID LEASE PAYMEN T S AND I N V E S TMEN T PROPERTIES (a) Property, plant and equipment During the current interim period, the Group acquired manufacturing equipment and incurred construction costs for manufacturing plants of approximately RMB1,025,161,000 (corresponding period of 2017: RMB373,654,000) in order to upgrade its manufacturing capabilities. In addition, the Group disposed certain of its plants and equipment with a carrying amount of approximately RMB4 , 7 8 4 , 0 0 0 ( c o r r e s p o n d i n g p e r i o d o f 2 0 1 7 : RMB4,998,000) which resulted in a loss of approximately RMB2,650,000 (corresponding period of 2017: a loss of RMB420,000). As at 30 June 2018, no buildings of the Group was pledged to secure bank borrowings granted. 11. 物業、機器及設備、預付租 金以及投資物業的變動 (a) 物業、機器及設備 於本中期期間，本集團為提升其生產能力， 購買生產設備及產生生產機器建設成本約人 民幣 1,025,161,000 元（二零一七年同期：人 民幣 373,654,000 元）。 此外，本集團出售賬面值約人民幣 4,784,000 元（二 零 一 七 年 同 期： 人 民 幣 4,998,000 元）的若干機器及設備，產生虧損約人民幣 2,650,000 元（二零一七年同期：虧損人民幣 420,000 元）。 於二零一八年六月三十日，本集團並未就擔 保獲授的銀行借貸而抵押樓宇。
