MOVEMENTS IN PROPERTY, PLANT AND EQUIPMENT, RIGHT-OF-USE ASSETS AND INVESTMENT PROPERTIES (a) Property, plant and equipment During the current interim period, the Group acquired manufacturing equipment and incurred construction costs for manufacturing plants of approximately RMB1,347,324,000 (corresponding period of 2019: RMB1,160,262,000) in order to upgrade its manufacturing capabilities and capacity expansion. In addition, the Group disposed certain of its plants and equipment with a carrying amount of approximately RMB4 3 , 5 0 6 , 0 0 0 ( c o r r e s p o n d i n g p e r i o d o f 2 0 1 9 : RMB6,057,000) which resulted in a disposal gain of approximately RMB15,053,000 (corresponding period of 2019: a gain of RMB64,000). As at 30 June 2020, no buildings of the Group were pledged to secure bank borrowings granted. 9. 股息 本公司董事建議不派發截至二零二零年六 月三十日止六個月的中期股息（二零一九年 同期：無）。 10. 物業、機器及設備、使用權 資產及投資物業的變動 (a) 物業、機器及設備 於本中期期間，本集團為提升其生產 能力及擴張產能，購買生產設備而 產生生產機器建設成本約為人民幣 1,347,324,000 元（二零一九年同期： 人民幣 1,160,262,000 元）。 此外，本集團出售賬面值約為人民幣 43,506,000 元（二零一九年同期：人民 幣 6,057,000 元）的若干機器及設備， 產生出售收益約為人民幣 15,053,000 元（二零一九年同期：收益為人民幣 64,000 元）。 於二零二零年六月三十日，本集團並 未就擔保獲授的銀行借貸而抵押樓宇。
