These three entities were accounted for as associates. 12. 於聯營公司的權益 於二零二零年六月三十日，本集團持有約 (i)30.85% （二零一九年十二月三十一日： 30 . 85% ）上海威乾視頻技術有限公司所 有權權益； (ii)26.00% （二零一九年十二月 三十一日： 26.00% ）江蘇舜宇醫療器械有 限公司所有權權益；及 (iii)18.30% （二零 一九年十二月三十一日： 18.30% ）一家主 要從事先進納米技術研發的日本公司所有 權權益。這三家實體已入賬列作聯營公司。
