舜宇光學科技（集團）有限公司 • 2020 年報 101 Directors’ Report 董事會報告 MAJOR CUSTOMERS AND SUPPLIERS Details of the Group’s transactions with its major customers and suppliers during the year are set out below: In 2020, revenue from the largest customer accounted for approximately 26.5% of the Group’s total revenue compared to approximately 38.7% of last year. In 2020, revenue from the top five largest customers accounted for approximately 67.7% (2019: approximately 68.4%) of the Group’s total revenue. In 2020, the purchases from the Group’s largest supplier accounted for approximately 19.2% (2019: approximately 27.2%) and the aggregate purchases attributable to the top five largest suppliers accounted for approximately 51.3% (2019: approximately 53.5%) of the total purchases of the Group. At no time for the year ended 31 December 2020 did any of the Directors, their close associates or any shareholder of the Company (which to the knowledge of the Directors own more than 5% of the number of issued shares of the Company) have any interest in any of the Group’s five largest suppliers or customers. PROPERTY, PLANT AND EQUIPMENT Details of movements of property, plant and equipment of the Group during the year are set out in Note 14 to the consolidated financial statements. SHARE CAPITAL Details of changes during the year in the share capital of the Company are set out in Note 34 to the consolidated financial statements.
