舜宇光學科技（集團）有限公司 • 2020 年報 91 Corporate Governance Report 企業管治報告 Major Initiatives for 2021 In 2021, the Group’s main focuses will continue to be on: (i) enhancing internal control and strategy management system and monitoring the key risks in each business segment and department in order to manage the strategic risks of the Group; (ii) further promoting and expanding the coverage of KRI by each business segment and department, and carrying out daily follow-up and risk warning on the operation results; (iii) dynamically identifying the risks that are faced by each business segment and department, continuing to carry out in-depth normalized management on risk management, and continuously promoting the implementation of the risk response plans; (iv) incorporating risk management into performance evaluation by each business segment and department; (v) preliminarily establishing an intelligent risk management system; and (vi) continuously empowering the risk management to enhance the awareness and sense of commitment in risk management of the Group. CORPORATE SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITIES The Group deeply knows that enterprise is not an organization only for maximising its own interests, but also an important driver to facilitate wealth accumulation of the whole society, advance social civilisation and promote the sustainable development of the environment. The management of the Group pays high attention to corporate social responsibilities. The management strictly monitors the development, implementation and results of various departments of the Group, in which the environmental, social and governance standards have been integrated into their daily operating activities. Details are set out in the Environmental, Social and Governance Report which will be published before the end of June 2021. 二零二一年主要措施 於二零二一年，本集團工作重點將繼續放在： (i) 加強內部監控及策略管理系統，監督重大 風險在各事業分部和部門的情況，以管理 本集團的策略風險； (ii) 各事業分部和部門進一步推進並擴充 KRI 的 覆蓋範圍，並對運行結果進行日常跟進及 風險預警； (iii) 各事業分部和部門動態識別面臨的風險， 繼續深入推進風險管理常態化管理，持續 推進風險應對計劃落地； (iv) 各事業分部和部門將風險管理納入績效考 核； (v) 初步建立風險管理智能化系統；及 (vi) 持續進行風險管理賦能，以提高本集團對 風險管理的意識及使命感。 企業社會責任 本集團深知企業不僅僅是謀取自身利益最大化 的經濟體，同時也是社會整體財富積累、社會 文明進步、環境可持續發展的重要推動者。本 集團的管理層高度重視企業社會責任，嚴格監 控各個業務部門的發展、實施及結果，並把環 境、社會和管治的標準融入日常的經營活動 中。詳細內容將載於二零二一年六月底之前刊 發的環境、社會及管治報告中。
