Directors’ Report 董事會報告 111 舜宇光學科技（集團）有限公司 • 2023 年報 物業、機器及設備 有關本集團於本年度物業、機器及設備的變動 詳情載於本年報綜合財務報表附註 15 。 股本 有關本公司股本於本年度的變化詳情載於本年 報綜合財務報表附註 35 。 本公司的可分派儲備 按開曼群島公司法計算，本公司於二零二三 年十二月三十一日的可分派儲備約為人民幣 22,062,100,000 元（二零二二年十二月三十一 日：約人民幣 21,475,800,000 元）。 稅項減免 本公司並不知悉有任何因股東持有本公司股份 而使其獲得之稅項減免。 捐款 截至二零二三年十二月三十一日止年度，本集 團作出慈善捐款為人民幣 695,000 元。 PROPERTY, PLANT AND EQUIPMENT Details of movements of property, plant and equipment of the Group during the year are set out in Note 15 to the consolidated financial statements in this annual report. SHARE CAPITAL Details of changes during the year in the share capital of the Company are set out in Note 35 to the consolidated financial statements in this annual report. DISTRIBUTABLE RESERVES OF THE COMPANY Distributable reserves of the Company as at 31 December 2023, calculated under the Cayman Islands Companies Act, amounted to approximately RMB22,062.1 million (31 December 2022: approximately RMB21,475.8 million). TAX RELIEF The Company is not aware of any relief from taxation available to the Shareholders by reason of their holding of the shares of the Company. DONATION For the year ended 31 December 2023, the Group made charitable donations of RMB695,000.
