There were no contracts of significance (including the provision of services to the Company or any of its subsidiaries by a controlling Shareholder or any of its subsidiaries) between the Company, or one of the subsidiaries, and a controlling Shareholders or any of its subsidiaries for the year ended 31 December 2023. MANAGEMENT CONTRACT No management contract in force during the year for the management and administration of the whole or any substantial part of the Group’s business subsisted at the end of the year or at any time during the year.
