No dividend shall be declared in excess of the amount recommended by the Board. Any final dividend for a fiscal year will be subject to the approval by the Shareholders. To the best knowledge of the Directors, no Shareholders have waived or agreed to waive any dividends during the year ended 31 December 2023. CLOSURE OF REGISTER OF MEMBERS In order to determine the eligibility for attending the AGM, which is to be held on 24 May 2024, the register of members of the Company will be closed from 21 May 2024 to 24 May 2024, both days inclusive, during which no transfer of shares will be registered. All transfer of shares accompanied by the relevant share certificates must be lodged with the Company’s branch share registrar in Hong Kong, Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited at Shops 1712- 1716, 17 th Floor, Hopewell Centre, 183 Queen’s Road East, Wanchai, Hong Kong for registration no later than 4:30 p.m. on 20 May 2024. In order to determine the eligibility for receiving the final dividends, the register of members of the Company will be closed from 3 June 2024 to 6 June 2024, both days inclusive, during which no transfer of shares will be registered. All transfer of shares accompanied by the relevant share certificates must be lodged with the Company’s branch share registrar in Hong Kong, Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited at Shops 1712-1716, 17 th Floor, Hopewell Centre, 183 Queen’s Road East, Wanchai, Hong Kong for registration no later than 4:30 p.m. on 31 May 2024.
