Management Discussion and Analysis 管理層討論與分析 37 舜宇光學科技（集團）有限公司 • 2023 年報 本集團於二零一零年採納限制性股份獎勵計 劃，並將期限延長十年至二零三零年三月 二十一日終止，除非經董事會決議案提前終 止，旨在為對本集團有貢獻的合資格參與者提 供鼓勵和獎勵，增強員工的主人翁精神。截至 二零二三年十二月三十一日止年度，本集團根 據限制性股份獎勵計劃授出 4,414,419 股本公 司的股份予合資格的僱員。 專利壁壘 建立和健全專利制度是企業核心能力的重要體 現。為了推進技術創新，進一步提升市場競爭 力，同時有效防範知識產權方面存在的經營風 險，本集團已建立專業的知識產權管理團隊， 主動制定企業專利戰略，構築專利壁壘。 於二零二三年十二月三十一日，本集團已獲授 權專利共計 5,111 項，包括發明專利 2,290 項， 實用新型專利 2,735 項及外觀設計專利 86 項。 此外，另有 4,064 項專利正在申請當中。 The Group adopted the Restricted Share Award Scheme in 2010, and extended the period for another ten years which would terminate on 21 March 2030 unless terminated earlier by a resolution of the Board, for the purposes of providing incentives and rewards to eligible participants to recognise their contributions to the Group and to enhance their ownership spirits. For the year ended 31 December 2023, 4,414,419 shares of the Company were granted to eligible employees in accordance with the Restricted Share Award Scheme by the Group. PATENT BARRIER The establishment and improvement of the patent system is an important manifestation of the core capability of an enterprise. In order to advance technological innovation, further improve the market competitiveness and prevent operational risks effectively in intellectual property rights, the Group has established a professional intellectual property rights management team which has been actively formulating strategies on corporate patents and establishing patent barrier. As at 31 December 2023, the Group had a total of 5,111 granted patents, including 2,290 invention patents, 2,735 utility model patents and 86 exterior design patents. In addition, 4,064 patent applications are pending for approval.
