Corporate Governance Report 企業管治報告 88 Sunny Optical Technology (Group) Company Limited • ANNUAL REPORT 2023 Group’s principal risks Key controls and treatment plan(s) Target risk trend 本集團主要風險 主要控制及處理方案 目標風險趨向 Operational Risk Safe Production Risks: 運營風險 安全生產風險 – Material emergency accidents affecting safe production of equipment and facilities, property safety, occupational disease hazards of employees and enterprise’s continuous operations may occur as a result of the enterprise’s internal factors. － 受企業內部等因素所致，可能會出現影響設備、設施 安全生產、財產安全、員工職業病危害以及影響企業 持續經營的重大突發事件等。 – Enhancing employees’ safe production training, organizing safety training and drills irregularly, enhancing employees’ safety awareness and firefighting skills; － 加強員工安全生產培訓，不定期組織安全培訓及演習，提升員工 安全意識及消防技能； – Improving various safety facilities and technical prevention functions; － 完善各類安全設施，提升技術防範功能； – Implementing hierarchical and classified risk control to reduce the impact and possibility of various security risks; － 實行風險分級分類管控，控制各類安全風險的影響及發生的可能 性； – Participating in property insurance and purchasing insurances for the employees; － 參加財產保險及為員工購買保險； – Strengthening the security inspection of equipment introduction to ensure the equipment safety interlock, improving the intrinsic safety of equipment, and implementing the Standard Operating Procedures (the “ SOP ”) for each position; and － 加強設備引入安全審核，確保設備安全連鎖，提升設備本質安 全，落實各崗位安全標準作業程序（「 SOP 」）；及 – Eliminating risks from the source and replacing hazardous chemicals with environmentally friendly cleaning agents. – 從源頭消除風險，利用環保清洗劑替代危化品。
