Ocean Shores, in sales action now !

Swire Properties, sales agent for Ocean Shores, announced today (Monday, 21 February) details of the first phase of public sale for the large-scale residential project jointly developed by Swire Properties and Sun Hung Kai Properties in East Kowloon.

There will be 32 units offered for sale in the first batch of the launch, with an average price of HK$3,268 p.s.f.

Ocean Shores, at the waterfront of East Kowloon, aligned to maximise its panoramic sea view or the lush greenery of the neighbouring hillside, is composed of 15 residential towers.

The development will be completed in 3 phases offering over 5,000 residential units, comparable to half of the size of the massive development, Taikoo Shing, in Island East.
