Swire Pacific Limited has mandated BOCI Capital Limited, The Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corporation Limited and Standard Chartered Bank as Coordinating Arrangers to arrange a HKD5,000 million revolving credit / term loan facility (the "Facility") for Swire Finance Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of Swire Pacific Limited.
The Facility has been fully underwritten by BOCI Capital Limited, The Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corporation Limited and Standard Chartered Bank. The proceeds of the Facility will be used for the general corporate funding requirements of Swire Pacific Limited and its group of companies.
The summary terms and conditions of the facility are as follows:
