13th March 2006 - Swire Pacific Limited today announced that the company has mandated HSBC as the Bookrunner on a HK$1,800 million 7-year Medium Term Note issue. The HK$ issue will be launched today. Proceeds of the offering will be used for the Swire Pacific group's general corporate funding requirements.
The company has also mandated HSBC and Morgan Stanley on its forthcoming US$ 10-year Reg S Eurobond offering. The offering will be launched following a roadshow in the near future subject to market conditions, FSA/Stabilisation applies.
