To complement the quality living at Island
Place, Swire Properties is offering first-hand buyers and first-year
residents a range of exclusive packages covering interior design
and furniture, home insurance, telecommunications and audio-visual
equipment.
First-hand buyers purchasing directly from
Swire Properties can enjoy a special package from Island Place's
appointed show suite designer and furniture supplier, Fusion Interior
Design, which allows them to decorate their apartments after their
choice of the design styles on display, at just HK$228 per square
foot.
The price covers one of the two basic design
styles (neo-classic and contemporary) on offer, an exclusive furniture
schedule, walls and ceiling finished in off-white emulsion paint,
and floors in oak strips provided by the developer. Buyers have
the flexibility [to be confirmed by SPL] of incorporating payment
for this package with the apartment purchase price for mortgage
purposes, and need only to pay a very small amount upfront to
enjoy the package. In addition, they are entitled to a VIP discount
of 50 per cent from Waly Interior Products for its European range
of wall paper and carpet.
In the first year after purchase, Island Place
residents are entitled to free rectification of defects in their
apartments as well as a complimentary home insurance package,
both provided by Swire Properties. The insurance covers household
contents and personal valuables against a comprehensive range
of risks, and covers residents against loss of money and legal
liability to third party up to specified limits.
Under its telecommunications package, Swire Properties will provide first-hand buyers with one-year free subscription to either Hong Kong Telecom IMS's Internet service, "Netvigator", with unlimited free hours, or Hong Kong Telecom's basic residential telephone service plus a lucky telephone number starting with "28"
In addition, first-hand buyers are entitled
to three exclusive packages for Sony audio-visual products at
special prices. They include two "living room packages"
for different budgets, and a "bedroom package".
