Swire Properties Ltd. announces today (2nd
September) the sale by ballot of phase one of the residential
development at Island Place in North Point.
Forty-eight units representing a mix of sizes
will be offered to the public at an average price of HK$6,282
per sq. ft. Ballot registration for the first phase will take
place from 10th to 13th September, between 10am and 6pm daily,
at the sales office set up in the ground floor lobby of Cityplaza
4. A shortlist of successful applicants will be drawn immediately
after registration closes on the 13th, and the results will be
announced on the 15th in Oriental Daily News, Sing Pao Daily News
and Sing Tao Daily News. Flat selection will take place on the
16th.
Three show flats attached to the sales office
will be open for public viewing from 3rd to 13th September, between
10am and 8pm daily. There will also be six interactive computers
to help potential buyers with information on the various types
of units. The sales brochure and the price list will be available
from the sales office during the exhibition period.
Island Place consists of a total of 784 residential
units in three towers, and features a range of facilities including
a landscaped podium garden, children's playground and swimming
pool. The project also comprises a four-level retail podium and
a 25-storey office building.
