Following enthusiastic response to its ballot
registration, Swire Properties Ltd. announces today (12th September)
that an extra 64 units will be added to the 48 units already on
offer in the Phase One sale of Island Place. These 64 units will
include flats from the 18th to the 30th floor in Tower 1 and the
34th floor in Tower 3. Price list for these units will be available
tomorrow at the sales office located in the ground floor lobby
of Cityplaza 4.
As of 6pm today, there were 721 applications
in total or 14 times oversubscribed. 160 people registered on
the first day, 232 on the second day and 329 on the third day.
Registration closes at 6pm on 13th September. Results will be
announced on the 15th and flat selection takes place on the 16th.
A spokesman for the company said that applicants
today were a balanced mix of both users and investors.
