Swire Properties Ltd. today announces the sale
by ballot of the fourth phase of its residential development at
Island Place in North Point.
On offer in this phase are 48 units comprising
a selection of flats from all three towers. Sales brochures,
ballot application forms and details of the sale will be available
at the Cityplaza 4 Sales Office on the afternoon of 20th January
(Monday). The company will adopt the "drop box" method
for application forms to be handed in on 22nd and 23rd January
from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Show flats on the 33rd floor of Tower Two will
be opened to the public from 18th January (Saturday) daily from
10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
