Attached please find price list of Island Place
Phase 4 sale. The average price of this phase is HK$7,507. A
selection of 48 units comprising 16 from each of the 3 towers
will be put on sale. The company will adopt the "drop-box"
method for application forms to be handed in at the Cityplaza
4 Sales Office on 22nd and 23rd January from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Results of the ballot will be announced in
Ming Pao and Sing Pao on 26th January and successful applicants
will be able to select units on 27th January at the Cityplaza
4 Sales Office.
Show flats located at the Island Place site
are now opened to the public daily from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
