Swire Properties announced today the sale by ballot of Phase Three of the premium development at 18 Sai Wan Terrace.
For Phase Three, 20 units will be offered at an average price of HK$12,114 per sq. ft. The units are located on the 18th floor of Tower I and the 3rd, 11th and 25th floors of Tower II, with sizes ranging from 811 - 1,319 sq. ft.
Miss Wendy Gan, Senior Sales Manager of Swire Properties, revealed that this batch of units includes the two furnished showflats on the 3rd floor. "Furniture and decoration in the showflats, except for accessories and audio-visual equipment, will be provided free of charge to the two lucky buyers of the showflats," Miss Gan said.
Also on offer in this Phase is Unit 25A, one of the very few 1,319 sq. ft. four bedroom units which are in high demand. This unit along with other units on the 25th floor, will be opened for the very first time for public viewing from 17th October between 10 am to 6 pm daily.
The sales brochure, price list and application forms will be available from the site office and the Cityplaza 4 sales office from 17th October.
Ballot registration will take place on 23rd and 24th October, between 10 am and 6 pm daily, and 25th October between 10 a.m. and 12 noon. Applications will be collected via a drop-box set up at the sales office in the main lobby of Cityplaza 4. Results of the ballot will be published in Ming Pao Daily and Hong Kong Economic Times on 27th October, followed by flat selection on 28th October.
Ballot applicants in this phase can have their cashier orders of HK$600,000 returned on 28th, if they are unsuccessful in choosing a unit .
Successful buyers who instruct the Vendor's solicitor to handle the transaction can have their legal costs waived. Buyers will be eligible for The Floridian Card, a two-in-one shoppers' and international calling card which entitles its owners to discounts and benefits at a selection of prestigious restaurants and shops specialising in modern living and communications.
Now ready for immediate occupation, The Floridian is equipped with a range of facilities including a residents' clubhouse, a swimming pool, landscaped gardens and an open-air playground.
